The Irving Foundation is a small foundation established in the 1970s by Robert and Elizabeth Noyce. Its trustees have sought out opportunities to provide seed funding in the areas of the education, environment, and the arts. Now run by the third generation of Noyce family members, Irving is focusing on programs that increase the well-being of and opportunities for young people.
